Описание вакансииKey responsibilities:
Optimize business growth through identifying new markets and business opportunities in Europe. Detailed knowledge of opportunities to collaborate with partners, administration and companies.
Have a good understanding of a prospect’s business functions and requirements.
Monitoring of railway and metal structures markets, assessing the performance of competitors.
Current and strategic analysis of the market.
Search for new markets.
Negotiate with potential customers.
Support Project Director and commercial managers in the delivery of projects to the contractual arrangements and the required commercial outcome in accordance with the agreed financial objectives.
Ongoing and active liaison with the Group owner to resolve issues early and safeguard the interests and strategies of the business and the Group.
Maintain and develop existing customer business through appropriate prospecting and business development methods. Organizing and coordinating meetings, visits or presentations with potential clients.
Ensuring that the Business and projects has appropriate commercial resources and expertise (formalities and certifications needed in the country).
Be aware of the broader perspective of the Group’s interests and how it might affect the Business and operations.
Experience in railway market (knowledge of the railway market is a must).
Have a proven track record in a senior commercial (marketing, business development) director role. At least 7 – 10 years of experience in similar positions.
Be able to effectively apply risk assessment, and commercial management principles and processes.
Good understanding of contract administration and industry contracts. Be able to provide related advice.
The ability to communicate effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
Fluent English is a must.
